THE PROBLEM

Cresta Property Services is a small property management business run by Ivan and his wife Claudia.

The main “issue” with their site was that its appearance and message where not aligned with the personality of Ivan.

Apart from that, the site was completely outdated in terms of design and aesthetics.

From a marketing point of view, the texts were too corporate and distant, and the message was company-centered, rather than customer-centered.

What did I do?

I investigated the ideal customer / buyer persona to find out more about their problems concerns specially when hiring property management services.
I created persuasive texts by addressing the clients’ problems, needs and desires, and presenting Cresta as the company that can help them achieve what they want.
I added testimonials of past and present clients to build trust by showing how cresta helped other people.
I completely redesigned the site:
- Modern and fresh design
- Mobile friendly (responsive design)
- Multiple calls to action to generate leads
